COVID Update 15th December

As of December 15th, we will be welcoming all clients back into the hospital. As per NSW Health guidelines to protect our team and clients, face masks must be worn inside our hospital at all times.

If you would prefer to wait or be seen for your appointment by the vet outside, please let reception know.

We have implemented a number of protocols to ensure we continue to provide our high standard of care.

Arriving at Allambie Vet for your appointment

  1. We ask clients to let reception know of your arrival. Our receptionist will advise you if it is appropriate to wait in the waiting room or they may ask you to wait in the park or on the bench if the waiting room is full at that time.
  2. Masks must be worn all times and please social distance.
  3. Use the hand sanitiser provided outside the reception door.
  4. It is a requirement to scan the QR code and sign in.

We are fortunate that our Allambie Vet team is fully vaccinated.

You must remain at home in accordance with the government self-isolation rules if you:

  • are waiting on a COVID19 test result
  • have tested positive for COVID19
  • have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID19.

We would like to thank our clients for your patience and compassion during these difficult times.

The best way to keep up to date with Allambie Vet’s response to COVID-19 updates is by following Allambie Vet on Facebook and Instagram.
