"ABOVE and BEYOND. We took our cat there for a check up and vaccination. Everybody is so friendly yet professional.
Parking available. Cosy and relaxing waiting area. The thing that I liked the most is you can choose your own vet while booking. We relocated to Narrabeen from Hobart, and Dr Jane was very kind to explain us everything about our cat and how things are in the Northern Beaches. Everything was easy and clear. 30 minutes appointment, nobody is rushing you during the consultation. Reasonable pricing for an excellent service.

"This has been my dog’s vet since he was a pup and we live in Cremorne. It was recommended to us by Amy from Amy’s Puppy School who drives from Bilgola. If you’re dealing with reactivity or anxiety or other behavioural issues can’t recommend enough. It works so well having multiple vets and nurses, we can always get in quickly and anything emergent they make spaces. Had a few scares with my dog and they’ve been incredible and always proactive and open when talking about pricing which is tricky when you’re trying to decide what tests to run and what not to. They also do nail trimming and butt glands for free which is a life saver and you can tack onto vet trips save going somewhere else. Reception staff all know me despite how many dogs they see and are so helpful via phone.

Incredible vet especially for doggy anxiety and mood issues. Their senior vet does behavioural consults and can prescribe meds so if your dog needs behavioural support definitely book in with Faon."

Nothing short of fabulous!

I called at 5:40pm in a panic after my normal vet fobbed me off (despite explaining that I'm certain my cat is showing signs of a urinary/kidney issue). Eva was genuinely concerned and managed to get us in for a 6:25pm appointment to ensure he was seen today

"As soon as we arrived, we were brought into a consult room and the vet, Dr Anthony, was extremely professional and thorough in trying to diagnose the issue with my boy. He was with us for a full hour, staying back past close to ensure we got all the answers we could and explained everything so concisely. Through this all we were not rushed one bit!

After the 5* care we received, I will not be going back to my old vets who did not appreciate the seriousness of this situation!!
